Shopping Basket

Wax and Wane have a shopping basket available on this site.  The shopping basket allows you to build up a wish list by simply submitting the items you like into the cart.  Then when you've finished shopping you can either check out securely online, email the basket to us, or print it out and send the order to us.  For more information on the shopping basket, click here.

Secure Online Ordering

Use the shopping basket to collect the items you would like, fill in your contact details and press the 'Check Out Online' button.  When you press the 'Check Out Online' button you will be taken to our secure online checkout, where you can submit your credit card details to us securely*.  Please include your contact telephone numbers (this must be a land line number).  Credit card orders must be over £10.*

I have sent the order via email, but I would like to submit my payment details online, can I do this?

Yes.  You have received your email with the basket contents and would now like to proceed to the online check out.  Please go to the following secure page:

On this page you will be able to enter in the total amount to pay, followed by your contact details.  So the total amount is the TOTAL from the shopping basket.  You should use the extra information box to detail any information about the order.

Our secure online checkout pages are being hosted by Secure Hosting Ltd., who use a 128bit Thawte SSL certificate to ensure secure transmission of your information.    

Mail Ordering

There are now two options for mail order:

1.  Use the shopping basket to collect the items you would like, then get the printable version of your basket and send it to us with payment details

2.  Print out the following order form, fill it in and send it to us.  (Make sure you fill in the product codes, which can be found on our products pages.  Ensure you fill in the required colour and scent where there is a choice.  Don't forget to write what you are expecting to receive so we can be certain that you receive the correct product.)

You can pay by cheque or credit card.  Cheques should be made payable to Wax and Wane.  Credit card orders must be over £10.

E-Mail Ordering

1.  Use the shopping basket to collect the items you would like, fill in your contact details and press the Email Order button.  Please include your contact telephone numbers (this must be a land line number) so we can confirm you order and take your credit card details for payment over the phone.  Credit card orders must be over £10.*

2.  E-mail your order to us at info@waxandwane.co.uk .  Please ensure you detail the product codes, the colours/scent if applicable, a brief description of the product, the quantity required, and a total cost.  Don't forget to add on your postage and packaging.  Please include your contact telephone numbers (this must be a land line number) so we can confirm you order and take your credit card details for payment over the phone.  Credit card orders must be over £10.*   

After we receive your email, we will contact you for payment details.  To speed up this process, please include a land line telephone number.

You can phone us on 0845 095 34 57, make sure you have the product codes, colour/scent and quantity required ready.  We can take payment for telephone orders by credit cards, so make sure you have your credit card handy.  Make sure you have a land-line telephone number available.  Credit card orders must be over £10.  We are always happy to answer any queries you may have, so feel free to call us.*

Postage and Packaging

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 working days of receipt subject to availability, allow 14 days for delivery.* For personalised candles please click here for order times.

*  Delivery times may vary in busy periods.  Note, large orders, personalised candles and wedding candles will have a longer delivery time, contact us for specific time scale.  If however, you do not have this much time available, please contact us straight away with you requirements where we will do our best to help you. Credit Card Payment Information

Wax and Wane are happy to accept payment by credit card, however we have a couple of rules to protect us both.

• We Happily accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Electron and Solo, but don't accept American Express Cards, JCB or Visa Plus.
• We can only take payment by credit cards on orders over £10.
• We will only deliver the products to the cardholder's statement address.  
• Make sure that you include a land-line telephone contact number.  Mobiles are not acceptable.
• Payment is debited either on order placement .

Claims

Wax and Wane always try to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition.  If, however, you discover you have missing or damaged goods you must contact us within three days of receipt of the order.  Please be ready to detail the exact nature of the problem.  E-Mail us at info@waxandwane.co.uk , telephone or fax on 0845 095 34 57, where we will be happy to help you.

Mis-pricing Policy

Our website is constantly changing, being updated with new information and exciting new products.  We do our very best to ensure that the information on the website is correct and accurate.  However, mistakes sometimes happen.  In the event of a mispriced item, we will do our best to honour the price, but being a small company, this may not always be possible.  In the event of changing the price, we will let you know as soon as possible about mis priced items and will give you the option to continue with the revised price of the item or to cancel the order.  Please remember we are a small company.  Please read our terms and conditions of order.
