Non personalised Ordering Times

Non personalised orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment subject to availability. Once dispatched usually on a next day service, but may be a 3-4 day service, we are in the hands of the delivery company and their delivery terms, so please allow extra time for delivery*.  Overseas orders should add a further 7 working days. If you have a required by date please ensure this is marked on your order.

* Note, delivery times may vary in busy periods.

Personalised Candle Ordering Times

Orderable online Personalised :-  14 working days notice 
Own wording or design Personalised :- 28 days notice
Overseas orders please add a further 7 working days.

At certain times we are able to make these in a shorter time and will always try to accommodate you where possible, so  if you do not have this amount of time please contact us.

Delivery Information

Most Mainland Britain parcels by carriers Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery, recorded delivery and parcel post and musually require a signature.
