Non personalised orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment subject to availability. Once dispatched usually on a next day service, but may be a 3-4 day service, we are in the hands of the delivery company and their delivery terms, so please allow extra time for delivery*. Overseas orders should add a further 7 working days. If you have a required by date please ensure this is marked on your order.

Most Mainland Britain parcels by carriers Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery, recorded delivery and parcel post and musually require a signature.
